If you are currently under investigation or have already received an accusation, we consider this a “pre-existing condition.” In such cases, you are eligible for an initial consultation and may qualify for discounted rates based on the provider law firm’s standard hourly fee. Furthermore, you may be eligible for guaranteed flat-rate pricing depending on the circumstances. Please note that exclusions and exceptions apply in pre-existing situations, but your assigned provider law firm will be able to offer guidance and determine the potential for additional services.

As a member of License Alliance, you will not be required to conduct independent research, interview attorneys, or negotiate hourly rates. Instead, License Alliance will match you with one of our pre-screened, vetted attorneys within our network, ensuring you are paired with a qualified professional suited to your needs.

Upon becoming a member, you will complete the online intake form through the membership portal on our website. Following submission, you will be assigned to a law firm and provided with their contact information. The assigned law firm will also be notified, and an attorney will reach out to you directly to discuss your matter.

If your specific legal matter falls outside the scope of your membership plan, you may still be able to retain services from the provider law firm at a discounted hourly rate. The total cost will depend on factors such as the area of law, the jurisdiction, and the complexity of the matter, as well as the attorney’s standard hourly rate. As a License Alliance member, you will benefit from discounted rates compared to hiring an attorney on an hourly basis without membership.
